Our employment policy is to treat our staff in the manner in which we would want to be treated. We respect their input, encourage their individual creativity, and validate their performance. We believe in the concept that if you reward production, you will get more production. Sounds simple, right. We think so, but many companies think you should get paid the same regardless of how much you are contributing to the success of the company and that time is your only friend.

We don’t think a person has to wait a year to get a raise. We give it to them as soon as they have earned it. Additionally, all our staff receives weekly and quarterly bonuses based on their productivity. Bonuses are not based on some arbitrary bonus system that an employee can’t control; rather it is based on his/her own production, as well as their contribution to other areas within the company.
